Every child deserves the right to a good home, love, care and proper education that will help them live in dignity to a promising future. And yet, children are the most vulnerable members of our society and the greatest victims of poverty.

The surest way to break the cycle of poverty is through education. Education can significantly improve the quality of life of a family for generations to come. When the basic needs of a child, such as food are not met, education often becomes the last priority. With proper education children will develop knowledge, understanding, skills and moral values to enable them to cope with challenges in a rapidly changing world.

The Love Joy and Hope Foundation works with local organisations (Ashrams) to support and sponsor underprivileged children with basic necessities of life such as food, clothing and education. These privileges provide tremendous opportunities not just in meeting local needs but also giving children an opportunity to discover their own ‘gifts’ and be released from the bonds of poverty that have held them captive for generations.

L-J-H Sponsor a child can be reached in the following ways – either in part or as a whole program for one child, one year:

• Sponsor school uniforms and school products
• Sponsor all of the above for one child
