Providing a variety of financial products including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Consumer loans<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commercial Finance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Private equity services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Loans against property<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wealth management services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Distribution and marketing of Tata Cards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Home, education, personal, and car loans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-financial-performance-of-tata-capital\">Financial Performance of Tata Capital<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <strong>loan book of Tata Capital <\/strong>saw a 35% jump to Rs 1,57,761 crore in FY 24 from Rs 1,16,789 Cr in the previous year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If we check their <strong>Net Interest Income<\/strong>(including fees collected), it has shown a significant 31% increase from Rs 6157 crore in FY 23 to Rs 8069 crore in FY 24.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Despite an insignificant change in NIM, the <strong>profitability of Tata Capital increased <\/strong>as the Profit After Tax(PAT) grew from Rs 2,300 crore in FY 23 to Rs 3,150 crore in FY24, highlighting a 37% increase<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <strong>Gross NPA %<\/strong> has improved from 1.78% in FY 23 to 1.71% in FY suggesting an improvement in the asset quality.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <strong>Provision Coverage Ratio(PCR) <\/strong>of 70% tells us that the NBFC is not at risk and asset quality is taken care of.
