This blog analyzes and explores the results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nse-s-key-metrics\"><strong>NSE&#8217;s Key Metrics<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-revenue\">Revenue<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>NSE Group&#8217;s total revenue in the quarter ending June &#8217;24 increased by 47% from INR 3,357 crores to INR 4,950 crores. This significant rise showcases NSE\u2019s ability to generate continuous growth in operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Here is a breakdown of NSE\u2019s Revenue<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tester-hub.com\/stockifyfintech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/image-2-4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-23258\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The operating revenue was 91% of the total revenue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The total consolidated revenue comprises 74% from transaction charges, 14% from investment income, 5% from data center and connectivity charges, 2% from data services, and 1% each from listing and index services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-expenses\">Expenses<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>FY 25 Q1 Total Expenses were Rs 943 crores, before contribution to Core SGF Fund. This is 16% more than YoY Rs 826 crore spent in the same year. The YoY total expense including contribution to SGF increased from Rs 857 cr to Rs 1529 crore, which is a massive 78% jump.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This jump in expenses was mainly due to:-&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Increase in regulatory fees of Rs 83 crores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increased contribution to SGF of Rs 537 crores.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-profit-after-tax\">Profit After Tax<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Profit After Tax rose 39% Year on Year from Rs 2568 crore to Rs 1844 crore thus increasing the profitability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-operating-ebitda\">Operating EBITDA<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>(Without Additional Contribution to Core SGF as desired by SEBI ) \u00a0 : 79% at Rs.11,611 crs (P.Y 81% at Rs.9,631 crs)\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>(With Additional Contribution to Core SGF as desired by SEBI )\u00a0 : 67% at Rs.9,870 crs (P.Y 80% at Rs.9,428 crs)\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-earnings-per-share\">Earnings Per Share<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Year on Year EPS rose to Rs 51.86 per share in FY 25 Q1, from Rs 37.26 per share in the same period last year.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-key-financial-ratios\">Key Financial Ratios<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"624\" height=\"325\" src=\"https:\/\/tester-hub.com\/stockifyfintech\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/AD_4nXfKD56r1f6mX8q_Lvr7EF-J24ASVavwiMT-Bo140K_EG74RXq3TQh5jfebxnrn38_In0Ik5JPAmvnGY9pK1ClXSaqAePSko6X791CJfOMCw1UP5b5Fb0ETQ5kPXgPpKP4pEvDX-KpiuYOiwfeOFwAaO_k7f.png\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nseindia.com\/investor-relations\/financials\">NSE Website<\/a><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-net-worth-amp-book-value\">Net Worth &amp; Book Value<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As on 30th June 24, the NSE\u2019s worth was standing at Rs 26,546 crs, as compared to Rs\u00a0 23,974 crs on March,24.
